Whistle Blowing System

The Company has a Whistleblowing System in place to raise stakeholder value and enhance its Good Corporate Governance practice.

The Company’s Whistleblowing System provides everyone with a channel to report illegal, immoral, or unlawful behaviour taking place in the Company.

The Whistleblowing System is able to receive the following information:

  1. Scams, frauds, corruption, collusion, bribery, and extortion;
  2. Actions against the law, Corporate Code of Conduct, Company Policies, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) that are currently in force;
  3. Ethical violations; and,
  4. Other violations that can cause damages to the Company.

To assist with investigation, whistleblowers are asked to describe the following:

  • What was the violation?
  • Who were involved in that violation?
  • When did the violation occur?
  • Where did the violation occur?
  • How did the violation occur chronologically?

Whistleblower Protection

The Company assures the confidentiality of the whistleblower’s identity and information, in addition to protection for them.
